Welcome to our historic home turned boutique inn, featuring several one-of-a-kind themed rooms. Whether you want to visit the life-sized Elvis in the lobby, relax in the 19-foot swim spa, play a round of horseshoes in the yard, or venture out to explore Loveland and the surrounding beauty of Northern Colorado, our guests are in for an amazing experience.
Not only are we (Jason Novak & Lindsay Rairdon) your tireless hosts, we are also building the World's First Museinn - the Oasis on Eisenhower! What, exactly, is a museinn?? It’s a combination museum and inn. We want your amazing night’s sleep to be part of a greater experience – one that makes you feel moved, think deeply, and notice the wonderfully unique world around you. During your time here, we hope that you find art, history, science, and fantasy to stimulate your senses and engage you in a positive way.
Originally built in 1904 as the Loveland Christian Orphanage, our property has a rich & full history, and we pride ourselves in embracing the values of goodwill and community involvement that surrounded this property from the start. While we turn the entire half-acre property into a unique piece of art, take part in enjoying the exciting ride!
As the first home built on the west side of Loveland, our boutique inn has seen the city grow around it. We're surrounded on three sides by residential homes and by amenities (local and national-chain restaurants; shopping center with grocery store) to the north. Bask in your own secluded world amidst the benefits of the bustling city. The Benson Sculpture Garden is mere minutes away, as are Lake Loveland and the Devil’s Backbone Open Space. Loveland's bustling downtown, including the Foundry, is also within a 10-minute drive.
